At KALAN sewingstop, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in crafting every piece, but if something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery
• The item must be unused, unwashed and in original condition with all tags intact
• Items that are damaged, worn or altered will not be accepted for return
• Sale items and hand-painted products are non-returnable

Exchanges

• We offer exchanges for size or colour within 5 days of delivery
• The item must be in original, unused condition with tags intact
• Exchange is subject to availability of the requested size/colour

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection within 24-48 hours
• If approved, your refund will be processed via UPI transfer within 5-7 business days
• You will be asked to share your UPI ID for the refund transfer
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
